Drop-in Yoga & Pilates Classes

The beauty of our drop-in yoga and pilates classes is they allow you to be flexible (get it?). You can decide to come on the day and all you have to do is show up – no booking required. We provide all the stuff you need, including mats. Please try to arrive five minutes before the beginning for a nice, relaxing start. There’s no reception desk at The Yoga Rooms so you can walk right into the studio and pay the teacher in cash.
