Yoga teaches kids self acceptance and acceptance of others by showing them that all bodies are different; different bodies do different things and all of them are perfect and unique. There is no one better or worse at yoga than anyone else. Our Kids Yoga classes help children to develop their physical strength and flexibility. Calming techniques are also taught which can help to reduce stress and anxiety whilst also teaching kids to understand their emotions better.
