Help & Advice

Here’s a brief guide to getting started – a quick what-you-should-know about yoga for a total novice.

What clothes should I wear?

Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in. For example you might like to wear a t-shirt and leggings or jogging bottoms. Socks and jumpers are optional for more gentle classes to keep warm. There’s no need to wear trainers as yoga and pilates are practiced bare foot.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

We kindly request that you bring your own mat, although we do have free of charge mats available to be borrowed.
