Here’s a brief guide to getting started – a quick what-you-should-know about yoga for a total novice.
Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in. For example you might like to wear a t-shirt and leggings or jogging bottoms. Socks and jumpers are optional for more gentle classes to keep warm. There’s no need to wear trainers as yoga and pilates are practiced bare foot.
We provide all the equipment needed for each class, so there’s no need to bring anything with you. Of course if you have your own mat, you’re welcome to bring it with you.

Only those classes marked with pre-book in the timetable are courses. If you’d like to join one of these classes use the online booking or contact information provided to book.
All other classes are on a drop-in basis meaning you just turn up to class and join in. If it’s your first yoga class, we recommend you contact the teacher in advance to check it’s suitable for you.
