Postnatal yoga is an amazing way to bond with your baby. You and your little one will practice yoga together – along with some singing and baby massage – in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. Watch our postnatal yoga video to find out more.
Our fit mummy postnatal class focuses on exercises just for mum that build abdominal and pelvic floor stability. Your baby is welcome to join us in the studio while you practice.
