Pregnancy Yoga & Fit Pregnancy Courses

There are loads of benefits to practising yoga and exercise during pregnancy, even if you’ve never tried either before.

Yoga for Pregnancy and Active Birth guides you through gentle movements to improve strength and energy levels and to alleviate common aches and pains. Through class discussions and some partner work, you’ll learn techniques which will give you confidence in your body’s ability to give birth.

Our Fit Pregnancy classes use exercises to help stabilise the pelvis, strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, relieve back pain and give the ever-changing pregnant body an invigorating yet safe workout.

Many women chose to attend both our yoga and exercise courses so that they can maintain their strength and prepare for birth. Both are also a great way to gain a new group of like-minded pregnant friends.
