When we move everything changes.
Starting the day with gentle movement influences the way we feel mentally and physically. It’s true that when we feel grounded and centred we often make good decisions and choices in life that support our well -being.
Typically a class will begin with gentle floor based movements to connect to the breath as well as freeing and releasing all the major joints and mobilising the entire body to build a sense of ease and vibrant vitality.
My motivation as a Yoga teacher is to make the practice of Yoga relevant to everyday life, sharing simple tools that we can use to find a sense of ease and freedom in our bodies to positively affect the way we live our lives.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as students with a more established yoga practice.
