Yoga & Exercise Courses

Booking yourself on to a course gives you the motivation to establish a regular practice, whether you’re looking for an introduction to yoga, would like to deepen your understanding, or you need something specific like pregnancy or postnatal yoga. At the end of your course, you’ll feel a real sense of achievement having followed a sequence of classes with a specific goal. You also get to meet a set of like-minded people every week for extra good vibes.

Courses at The Yoga Rooms are between 6 and 10 weeks in duration and can either be booked through this website or the teacher – details can be found on the individual course page.
