About the workshop

In this workshop, we will be exploring the cyclical energies of the menstrual cycle and how we can learn to connect with them a little in order to live a more balanced life. Being aware of our menstrual cycle and where we are at will help us to reduce stress, to be efficient with our energy levels at the right times and to develop our confidence.

You will learn how best to look after yourself, in a practical way that is appropriate to you, during each phase of the cycle. Slowly, over time, this can become the foundation upon which you build your own unique self-care practice.

Who is it for?

This workshop is ideal for women who are curious about the menstrual cycle, who want to connect to themselves, who want to gently reduce stress and for women who, in some way – physically, emotionally or even spiritually, suffer with their cycle or womb.

If you are menstruating and in pain, you are more than welcome to come. I will make sure you are comfortable with blankets and bolsters and you can just listen.

What will be taught?

This will be an introductory workshop on the practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness with teachings on the inner seasons, short mediations and some gentle movement that will help with pain relief from PMS and cramps.

What to bring?

Please bring a notebook and pen, a light snack and drink for the break and clothing for gentle movement.

*All people who identify as female are welcome, with or without womb, menstruating or not.
