Laura has been practising yoga for 6 years, since working as a receptionist at a studio and becoming immersed in the community and the practice. She took her first teacher training in 2014 and has since trained in several different styles including vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, restorative, yin and tantra.
Laura teaches straight from the heart and blends everything she loves about yoga with modern movement practices and fluid dance-like sequences. Her intention is to offer to students the gift of finding freedom in movement through skill and firmly established foundations. Yoga is a huge part of Laura’s life in staying balanced both as a teacher and a student.
