Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an athletic style of yoga which will challenge and build your strength, flexibility and stamina. During this hour class we will be going through the standing and a few of the seated Ashtanga Yoga postures followed by short closing sequence and savasana.

It is suitable for everyone who likes movements synchronised with the breath, linked in a constant flow. This strong and dynamic practice is done in time with the ujjay breath, which creates internal heat helping to purify, detoxify the body and calm the mind. Regular attendance will allow you to clearly see progress over time and eventually the practice becomes a moving meditation. This is an all levels class so everybody is welcome (be prepared to sweat and to clear your mind).
