Yoga for Carers

A gentle and nourishing session with aspects of breath awareness meditative techniques, flowing movement and held, supported postures, followed by a long final relaxation.

A non-judgemental space to just ‘be’ amongst other carers.

I offer several variations to the postural work and movements so please let me know in advance if you’d require specific variations. I can assist here with chairs or other props.

There is a single flight of stairs to access the studio. Please let me know if there is any way I can support you in accessing this class.

Booking and Payment

Standard/concession: £3. Supporter: £5. Lower concessionary rate: £1.

Please choose at your own discretion and pay Tammy at the start or end of each class.

If the standard or supporter rates for a class would prevent you from attending, please pay the lower concessionary rate or what you are able (£0+).

Please note the intention of this pricing structure is to improve access for those who would struggle to pay for a class. If this does not apply to you, please consider supporting others in our community and Tammy’s ongoing ability to offer the reduced rates by opting for the Standard or Supporter rates.
