Yin is the practice of slowing down and looking within. Holding floor based poses for up to three minutes, we will be targeting connective tissues which map our entire bodies. Yin has profoundly relaxing effects on the nervous system – a fantastic way to restore balance and reduce stress. This workshop will dive into some of the science of yin and of course we will have a long yummy yin practice.
