The Colour of Yoga workshop is to raise money and awareness for Reach Out to the Community, a homelessness charity based in Chorlton.
The workshop involves a flow yoga practice connecting with the breath and body, bringing awareness to our senses, followed by a practical art based activity exploring the flow of energy in the creative process (relating to the previous asana practice). A variety of materials will be used.
Everyone attending will be entered into a raffle with wonderful prizes from Fred Aldous, Faith in Nature, as well as a ECOYOGA mat donated by ECOYOGA.
There will be snacks generously provided by Real Junk Food Manchester.You can book via eventbrite
