Summer workshop: live and move seasonally

Join Ellen of Being Change for this three hour workshop exploring how you can adapt the rhythms of your life to work best for you during the summer season.
We’ll do yoga, movement and breath practices to help cultivate wellbeing during this season. We’ll also dive into some activities, meditations and journaling exercises to help you tap into what living seasonally looks and feels like for you in the summer. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and nourished, and with plenty of information to help support yourself in living in the best way for you during the summer.We’ll explore what our personal and professional goals are this season and how we can support ourselves in working on these; how we naturally want to move during the summer and how we can bring this into our movement practice; breathwork and meditation practices that will serve us this season; Ayurvedic seasonal wellbeing advice; and what your ideal summer rhythm and way of being is. You’ll also get information to take home with you so you can build a summertime routine that supports you.
