Susi is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist who has been practicing yoga for over ten years, embracing it as a living philosophy. Her teaching is rooted in the ancient Indian tradition of Hatha Yoga, combining the most up to date understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics from Western medicine with the Eastern wisdom of Yoga to create a breath-led flowing practice which is safe, fun and uplifting.
Classes with Susi are welcoming, accepting and non-judgemental where yogis can go on their own journey of self-discovery with her guidance and encouragement. A nurturing, lighthearted approach is important to Susi as is recognizing the importance of cultivating self-awareness as the foundation for your practice. At the very least a regular yoga practice should improve your physical and mental health whilst making you more comfortable to fully inhabit your own skin.
Susi teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Children’s Yoga in classes and private sessions. She deepens her knowledge through daily yoga practice, ongoing training and study. Susi qualified as a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Haven and as a Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga Teacher with Yoga Campus. Susi continues her lifelong learning through postgraduate teacher training with The Yoga Academy / British Wheel of Yoga (500RYT) and Yoga Therapy with Dru Yoga (500 hours).
