Laura has been practicing yoga for ten years and has been teaching for four. She took her 200hr yoga teacher training with the Yoga Alliance in India in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Since then she has trained in Yin Yoga, Modern Meditation, Broga and Baby Yoga & Baby Massage; teaching classes in London and Greater Manchester.
Her classes focus on mindful movement and being in the present moment. They are energising and light-hearted; an opportunity to build strength and confidence whilst allowing you to recharge. She believes that movement and meditation are for everyone and endeavours to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all regardless of prior experience.
