Janine was first introduced to yoga in 1999 and has practiced many different styles of yoga since then. Janine combines stronger dynamic yoga sequences with restorative postures to create a balanced practice. She includes breathing, relaxation and concentration techniques in her classes so that students may gain a deeper awareness of how their breath, body and mind are connected.
Janine completed her teacher training diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and continues to enjoy attending training courses with a variety of distinguished teachers. She also holds a BWY certificate for teaching Yoga and Yoga Nidra (relaxation) to people living with or recovering from cancer. Yoga has helped to make Janine a happy, balanced person – she hopes you learn to love it as much as she does!
