Jamie first began her Pilates practise in 2012, starting regular self-practice after noticing more aches and pains from sitting in the same position all day at her desk whilst at work.
Several years into her practice she decided to start training with the Pilates Foundation, and is now a Fully Comprehensive Pilates teacher; teaching both mat-based, and equipment-based Pilates classes.
Jamie now works full-time as a Pilates Teacher, and is now studying to become a Personal Trainer.
She has recently completed courses in Functional Movement, and Circuit Training, and will be adding Nutrition Coaching to her repertoire when she completes her Personal Training qualification.
Fitness and health is Jamie’s passion, and in her personal time enjoys Yoga, strength-training, running, cycling, weightlifting, and gymnastics.
