I discovered my love of Pilates after a physio suggested Pilates for an I.T. band injury I sustained whilst running. I immediately loved it and found a regular Pilates and Yoga practice.
Having been in continual employment in the same job for two decades, I embarked on my Pilates teacher training. Once qualified I loved teaching as much as practicing and I left my job to become a full time Pilates teacher and took my Yoga teacher training too.
My classes have a strong emphasis on alignment, breathing and centring and the synchronicity of breath to movement. I teach creative flowing classes to people of all abilities, to strengthen body and mind and to create better body and breath awareness. I love Pilates and I hope I can inspire you to feel the same.
