These classes are taught as 8-week blocks.This class is suitable for women who are 12+ weeks pregnant. During the class we will work on exercises to help stabilise the pelvis, strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, relieve back pain and give the ever changing pregnant body an invigorating, yet safe workout. No experience of Pilates is necessary. Each student has their own rolling 8 week block. Please complete this registration form before attending your first class.
