This is a low impact class suitable for all Levels of fitness.
These classes are suitable for women who are 12+ weeks pregnant.
During the class we will work on exercises to strengthen and tone your ever changing body to make you stronger and to help you have a healthier pregnancy. This is a gentle exercise class providing the pregnant body with an invigorating, yet safe workout.The class will also include pelvic floor exercises, gentle stretching and breathing techniques.
Each student has their own rolling 8 week block.
