This class is now taught live online each Tuesday to foster a sense of community between mothers and babies now necessarily isolated at home.

Each week as well as joining us for the live class, meeting other women and learning to bond and play with your baby, you will also have access to a library of pre recorded 30 minute classes so that you can continue to be playful with your baby and deepen your own Yoga practice at home.


During the postnatal period it is important to exercise carefully. Yoga offers a gentle way to stretch out tense areas and to tone and strengthen areas that feel weak.

These classes offer a relaxed, friendly, supportive environment where you can meet other new mums and bond with your baby.

You can start a course anytime your baby is 8 weeks old plus.

The next term is 6 weeks long (21st July -25th August) and costs £60/£45 concessions. Once a term has started it is possible to join part way through – just contact Sarah for booking details.
