This class focuses on abdominal and pelvic floor strength, tone and stability – getting you back on form in a safe, supportive environment.
Pilates also addresses other postnatal specific issues such as back pain and fatigue. Your baby is welcome to join us in the studio while you practice. This class is suitable for novices and intermediate students alike.
These classes are taught as 8-week blocks which can be taken within a 10 week period. (You can start as soon as baby is 6 weeks old or 12 weeks if you have had a caesarean section). Please complete this registration form before attending your first class.
