This is a gentle exercise class to assist your return to a fit and healthier you in the fourth trimester. The class focuses on building whole body strength and toning muscles, as well as rehab of the abdomen and pelvic floor– getting you back on form in a safe, supportive environment.Your baby is welcome to join us in the studio while you practice. This class is suitable for novices to exercise and intermediate students alike.
These classes are taught as 8-week blocks which can be taken within a 10 week period. (You can start as soon as baby is 6 weeks old or 12 weeks if you have had a caesarean section).
