This class is suitable for students with a good basic level of fitness.

This vinyasa flow class is designed to seamlessly blend several aspects of yoga and movement, creating strength, openness and a true sense of freedom in the practice. Laura’s sequencing is unique and creative, to challenge both body and mind whilst cultivating a powerful connection to the breath, and importantly, a sense of fun!
This class is perfect for you if you want to gain a deeper awareness of how to move your body in connection with your breath. Each session will end with a generous amount of relaxation and integration time for you to soak in your practice and take time to be still. It is a mixed level class, beginners with a good level of basic fitness are welcome as modifications are offered.
Paying the full price helps offset the cost for those who need to pay a little less, we have a REDUCED code for anyone who can’t afford to pay the full price and a FRIEND code if you can’t afford to pay at all.
You can use these as many times as you want, however we kindly ask that you ONLY use these codes if you genuinely can’t afford to pay the full price so that we can keep paying all of our bills too!
