Whether you are already a runner or embarking on this for the first time, these drop in yoga classes will complement and support your running progress.

The focus of these sessions will be on stretching your body, with a focus on tension that can accumulate through running and some gentle core strengthening work. There’s no need to have any prior yoga experience as all the postures will be demonstrated and explained clearly with different variations available.

If you have the time then go for a run before class to get the full benefit!


Paying the full price helps offset the cost for those who need to pay a little less, we have a REDUCED code for anyone who can’t afford to pay the full price and a FRIEND code if you can’t afford to pay at all.

You can use these as many times as you want, however we kindly ask that you ONLY use these codes if you genuinely can’t afford to pay the full price so that we can keep paying all of our bills too!
