In this 60 minute session you will be guided through a series of yin postures designed to stretch and nourish the entire body and calm the mind in a safe, enjoyable & deeply nourishing way.

Yin is a peaceful, grounding practice in which the postures are held for long periods of time to allow the body to stretch deeply. It is the perfect compliment to more dynamic forms of yoga, and an antidote to the fast pace of everyday life.

Modifications & alternatives will be given for each pose and the practice will conclude with a relaxation leaving you feeling calm & grounded.

This class is open to all levels from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.
