A Pilates class suited to all levels of ability, designed to increase flexibility and strength within the body. Modifications will be given to clients to adapt the class to their level, so you do not need to be an expert in Pilates to attend.
We will be working through different planes of movement, in an effort to flex, extend, and rotate the spine to keep it mobile and healthy. There will be combinations of stretching, and strengthening exercises interwoven throughout the class, and we will always be moving.
Jamie emphasises the breathing, and how this can help connect your mind to your body, so you will feel energised and refreshed after the class.
You must be able to get down onto & up from the floor on your own without assistance to attend this class.
