This is a moderate class suitable for

This class has a very holistic approach and works on re-balancing the mind and body as a whole. Combining a mixture of strength and flexibility training and using a flow approach allowing for improvements in coordination, precision of movement and deep abdominal work.

Time is also given to functional movements to improve total body movement patterns to help reduce reoccurrence of injuries. These classes bring a sense of self care and inner peace, whilst heightening body awareness and body confidence.


Paying the full price helps offset the cost for those who need to pay a little less, we have a REDUCED code for anyone who can’t afford to pay the full price and a FRIEND code if you can’t afford to pay at all.

You can use these as many times as you want, however we kindly ask that you ONLY use these codes if you genuinely can’t afford to pay the full price so that we can keep paying all of our bills too!
