This breath led hatha yoga class is concerned with cleansing the body and mind in a non-invasive way.
Drawing upon hatha yoga techniques, including Sat Kriya (movement and breath exercises) to achieve harmony of the body and mind in a controlled and safe manner, improving circulation of the blood and lymphatic systems, increasing levels of energy, also giving more clarity and a quieter mind, in a relaxed and friendly, functional yoga class.
