This 45-minute workout is a full body conditioning class utilising resistance bands to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core.
The class is suitable for beginners and can really benefit everyone regardless of age, size or fitness level. There will be a choice of different strength bands to enable you to go at your own pace in this functional work out.
This class is especially complementary for anyone that practices yoga as it helps you to build more strength and stability.
