  • Beginners Plus (Level 1)
  • Intermediate (Level 2)
  • Advanced (Level 3)

Vinyasa flow is often described as a moving meditation – which in turn leads us to a more profound understanding of where we are starting from and where we can go.

The asana practice links movements with breath; allowing us to find a deep awareness within the body and to guide us through our practice as fluidly and as consciously as possible.

The class will have a dynamic flow, focusing on different aspects of the body each week. The class will also create an all-encompassing experience, focusing deeply on breath, observing the nature of the mind and finding stillness within.

Expect to laugh, sweat, focus and meditate as you flow through the many layers of your sense of being.

This is an intermediate level class, however beginners are more than welcome.
