This Pilates class is suitable for beginner and intermediate students. It is based on Joseph Pilates 34 original moves, incorporating the six principles of Pilates. We will also incorporate different props to deepen our practice and to strengthen and create endurance.
Each exercise will have modifications and progressions, so that each participant can work at the level right for them. This class is fun, friendly and above all- it works!
