This class is the perfect way to unwind after a hard day at school! We will explore breathing techniques which seek to balance the mind and body and then move into a sequence of yoga asanas or postures where each student can find their own level of challenge.
Yoga is brilliant for combatting stress and increasing flexibility. The class is non competitive and it’s a great way to keep your mind and body healthy. We will end the session with a mindfulness and relaxation exercise. Most importantly, it’s fun and a wonderful way to make new friends!
