Trisha Hills

Mindfulness allows us to bring present moment awareness to our lives. Mindful yoga combines breath awareness with yoga postures to bring us more fully into how it actually feels to live within our own bodies and how we can help release long held patterns of stress and tension.

Trisha has been working with stress related conditions for over 10 years and teaching yoga for more than 5. Trisha is currently studying for a degree in Mindfulness Based Approaches and brings this work to the practice of yoga. The level is suitable for both beginners and more competent students. Particular emphasis will be given to gently exploring movement and the breath within the postures.
