Sarah Adams works as a freelance artist running a variety of workshops in local schools and within the community. She is very much looking forward to working with The Yoga Rooms. As a trained actress she has a vast repertoire of games and exercises, she also has experience of Alexander technique and physical theatre and plans to put all these into action to create interesting and fun workshops for young people.
