Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 20th Century, Pilates is a complete exercise method which works on strengthening your core set of stabilising muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvis.

It goes much further than core strength however and provides a complete body workout which lengthens, tones and strengthens muscles all over the body. It leaves you feeling taller, toned, more aligned, relaxed and moving with ease.
