Joanna Kay Yoga

Joanna practices and teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It is a dynamic and
energising system of hatha yoga which takes students through a sequence of postures all threaded together by breath. Through the practice of yoga we can calm the mind, realign the body and experience clarity of thought and mindfulness.

Joanna is a qualified teacher, registered with the British Wheel of Yoga -
the UK's regulatory body for yoga teachers. Joanna has been teaching since 2007. She has trained with the world's leading ashtanga teachers and continues her study of astanga yoga annually with her teachers from
America and Europe, and in Manchester where she currently resides.

£6.50 full price/ £5 concessions
This class is a Level 1 & Level 2 class, beginners are welcome. The class
explores the practice, philosophy and techniques of the primary series of
Ashtanga Yoga.

Ashtanga Practice Group
Friday's 7pm - 8.30pm (drop in)
£5 drop in or £13 monthly membership for unlimited sessions.
this is an open session for anyone who has a regular practice of ashtanga
yoga. It is not a 'taught' class, instead we offer a space to develop your
own practice in the company of others. Whilst there is not formal
teaching, students are welcome to bring practice sheets if they have not
yet learned the series.
