While all our classes seek to improve your strength, flexibility and balance, unlike many other forms of exercise Yoga and Pilates include breath techniques to help you relax and improve your concentration.

You can attend any one of our drop-in classes as all are suitable for beginners. Try out the different teachers and styles of Yoga or Pilates to see which one suits you best.


Looking for a gentle practice?

Essential Yoga
This class focuses on traditional yoga positions & sequences and introduces breathing techniques & Yoga philosophy. It is ideal for all levels - from complete beginners through to experienced practitioners seeking a light refresher and a reminder of the benefits of approaching Yoga with a 'beginner's mind'.


Pilates
Pilates puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment helping to develop strong core muscles. Concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility, co-ordination and balance.

 

Looking for a medium-paced practice?

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
A vinyasa is a sequence of moving postures. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga utilises Ashtanga Yoga postures along with other sequences of movements to harmonize breath, body and mind whilst building strength. It is recommended for students who enjoy a dynamic practice and who want to leave with a renewed sense of energy.

Ashtanga is a vigorous, dynamic form of Yoga that benefits those seeking strength, flexibility, a clear mind and an energy boost. This style of Yoga links heating breath (ujjayi) with a set range of postures in a continuous flow.
