Chandra Prajapati

I discovered yoga about 10 years ago when I was given a yoga book as a present from my relatives in India. I started to practice from the book and started to notice the difference in my physical and emotional wellbeing.

Since then I have had the pleasure of studying many different forms of yoga with many great teachers. I have been teaching yoga for 2 years and I have recently qualified as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga under the tutelage of Swami Premananda (Rosemary Bennett).

I consider my yoga journey to have just begun and I am enjoying delving into the vast ocean of yoga scriptures and philosophies. My classes consist of a fusion of many different styles of yoga, creating a coherent sequence of pose and counterpose with a balance of strength, flexibility and breath work. The class is suitable for all levels.
